Job Summary
Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and software-related symptoms on electric vehicles; navigate diagnostic procedures, flowcharts, and wiring diagrams; perform repairs per Repair Orders and conduct road tests to confirm repairs; communicate with the aftersales team to align on timelines; escalate difficult repairs to the Lead Technician; uphold VinFast policies and safety regulations; maintain knowledge via VinFast training and keep a clean, organized workshop; ability to work evenings or weekends and support other VinFast workshops during peak times; requires minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience and 310S license; strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Valid 310S License (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract/record
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle components
- Experience with electrical diagnostics and understanding of wiring diagrams
- Flexibility to work retail business hours, including Saturdays
