Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician role based in York, PA at a high-volume Toyota service center. Responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs to Toyota standards, advising customers via service advisors, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs efficiently. The position offers a training program with pay progression through certifications, incentive pay for Saturday work, and benefits (health, dental/vision, disability, 401K with match, vacation/holidays). Key skills include effective communication, adherence to Toyota standards, diagnostic and repair proficiency, and valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. The schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:30 pm, with optional Saturdays and an incentive pay structure, plus continuous training and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year Automotive repair experience required
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- PA State Inspection and Emissions Licenses strongly preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
