Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections. Complete multipoint inspections and accurately document vehicle condition. Assist with basic repairs such as brakes, batteries, filters, and light mechanical work while supporting senior technicians with complex diagnostics. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes for all services. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly using and maintaining shop equipment and tools. Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members. Continuously develop skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer/ASE programs.
Required Qualifications
- Clean, valid driver's license.
- Strong teamwork skills and a passion for learning.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience.
- ASE or manufacturer certifications.
- Previous automotive repair experience.
