Job Summary
Perform a wide range of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on BMW vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the Service Writer and customers to understand vehicle issues and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs and estimated costs. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and provide accurate solutions. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, following manufacturer's guidelines. Install, inspect, and repair various components, systems, and accessories, such as engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems. Perform performance upgrades and modifications as per customer requests, ensuring safety and compliance. Test-drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality and identify any additional issues. Document all repairs, services, and parts used accurately for record-keeping purposes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as an automotive service technician
