Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle concerns with minimal supervision, completing repair orders to factory standards while coordinating with Parts for correct components. Pinpoint malfunctions, perform hands-on repairs, and conduct road tests as needed to confirm resolution before closing out tickets. Document all work and recommendations in the repair order, flag safety items, and maintain a clean, compliant shop environment. Stay current on technical bulletins and manufacturer training, and mentor apprentice techs when assigned. Review daily repair orders, perform diagnostic time, and execute quick check-ins with advisors to keep work flowing.
