Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles with integrity and ethics, maintaining a positive relationship with clients, providing labor time estimates to the ASM, coordinating with Team Leader, keeping current with factory bulletins and training, and complying with safety, regulatory, and policy requirements. Role includes attending trainings, adhering to PPE/dress standards, maintaining shop cleanliness, understanding warranty requirements, CCR processes, and contributing to client satisfaction through quality service while supporting team members and following dealership and manufacturer standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for three or more hours at a time
- Willingness to obtain State Inspector license if not already completed
- Ability to follow dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
