Job Summary
Diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles, maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies. Provide labor time estimates to the ASM, plan work procedures with the Team Leader, keep documentation for client repairs, and stay current with factory bulletins and warranty requirements. Participate in safety training and company trainings, be prepared to obtain a State Inspector license if not already held, and comply with regulatory and privacy policies. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 3+ hours, and have a valid driver’s license with passable MVR. Recognized as a Park Place/Asbury Automotive Group technician dedicated to exceptional guest experiences and ongoing professional development.
