Job Summary
The Technician role focuses on diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles with integrity, maintaining a positive relationship with clients, and delivering an extraordinary client experience in a Park Place dealership setting. Responsibilities include examining vehicles to determine damage or malfunction, coordinating with Team Leader or ASM to plan work, providing labor time estimates, keeping clients updated on repair status, adhering to dealership policies and safety standards, completing service documentation, staying current with factory bulletins, and attending training to advance technical skills and meet warranty requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
