Automotive Service Technician

Automotive Service Technician at Napleton Hyundai of Carmel responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communications. Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or staff, stay current with factory bulletins, and participate in factory-sponsored training. Maintain an organized work area and report repair issues to store management. Requires automotive service technician experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills. ASE certification is desirable.
