Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician needed to perform repair work on automotive systems per repair orders. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, testing with diagnostic tools, test-driving vehicles, performing maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.), communicating with the Service Manager about additional service needs, and providing time estimates for repairs. Requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PA Automobile Inspection License
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
