Job Summary
Complete all repair work specified on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency, following dealership and manufacturer standards. Diagnose vehicle issues across engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems. Operate diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems, then road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality before returning them to the customer. Advise the Service Advisor of additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates. Carry out warranty repairs in compliance with Ford specifications and document findings clearly on each repair order. Requires 2+ years of experience, Ford certification preferred, and valid driver's license. Compensation starts at $20/hour without certification and $24/hour with certification. Flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of service technician experience
- Ford certification
- B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Prior Ford dealership experience
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Dexterity required for precision repair work
- Basic computer competency
- Ability to learn new repair procedures and specifications
