Job Summary
Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension components, sensors, and perform oil changes, 20-point maintenance checks, and alignments. Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on products and services to ensure quality standards and satisfaction. Troubleshoot non-routine repairs with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to work with urgency in indoor and outdoor environments. This role requires standing, walking, and bending for long periods while lifting moderate weights. Candidates must be 18 with a valid driver's license, hold a NYS Inspector License, and possess ASE certification or alignment experience. Year-round availability is required as seasonal options are no longer offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- NYS Inspector License is required (NEW YORK STATE ONLY)
- Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non-routine repairs
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment
- Must have experience doing alignments
Desired Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is preferred
- ASE certification recommended
