Job Summary
Perform efficient and expert repair work on orders in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards; address customersâ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to attain âFixed First Visitâ expectations. Master the KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection and use Reynolds Dealer Management System for timekeeping, work distribution, inspections, and repair quotes. Maintain superior workspace cleanliness and tool accountability; contribute to a culture that values accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service. Training and advancement opportunities are provided through the ProTech program, with benefits including paid training, tooling allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information, electronic and paper-based
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
