Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician at Ken Garff Ford Greeley. Perform efficient repairs on repair orders per dealership and factory standards, address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve Fixed First Visit, perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video, and use the Dealer Management System for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping. Maintain workspace cleanliness, participate in the PRO TECH rewards program, and pursue ongoing training and certification opportunities. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-service-focused technician with experience and/or ASE/dealership certifications preferred. Competitive pay with sign-on bonus eligibility up to $5,000 based on experience and Ford certification level; benefits include 401k, wellness programs, multiple insurances, tool allowance, and year-end bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record
