Job Summary
Karch Auto is seeking an automotive technician with 2-3 years of experience for a full-time position. The technician must hold a valid PA Safety and Emissions Inspection license or be in the process of obtaining one. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics and repairs on engines and braking systems, making repair estimates, and working well in a team environment. The position offers a flat rate of 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available. Benefits include health insurance, dental and vision coverage, holiday pay, PTO, and a 401-K plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PA Safety and Emissions Inspection license required or in process of attaining one
- Must have your own tools
- Able to work well with others and be a team player
- Capable of independently performing strategy-based diagnostics and major/minor mechanical repairs
- Responsible for making repair estimates using computer-based repair order systems
