Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles at Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. Examine and diagnose vehicles, discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, and provide labor time estimates. Maintain documentation for client repairs, mentor technician trainees, attend company and factory training, and stay current with factory bulletins. Adhere to dealership policies and comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal) to ensure safe, ethical service and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years of related experience and training
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
