Automotive Service Technician

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions and execute repairs while communicating regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication. Explain technical diagnoses clearly to non-mechanical individuals and keep store management aware of mechanical issues as they occur. Maintain an organized work area and stay current on factory technical bulletins through participation in training classes. This role supports customer loyalty and confidence within Napleton Hyundai's growing network of over 50 dealerships across seven states.
