Automotive Service Technician

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work per repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production, and explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical customers. Maintain an organized work area, keep management aware of mechanical issues, and stay current on factory technical bulletins and training classes. This role supports customer loyalty and confidence at North Palm Hyundai, part of a national group with over 25 brands and 3,500 employees.
