Automotive Service Technician

Experienced automotive service technicians are sought to diagnose and repair vehicles at Don Ayres Honda in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Responsibilities include performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, diagnosing and repairing to Honda and dealership standards, communicating with parts department and service managers to complete jobs timely, and conducting multi-point inspections. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and leveraging electronic diagnostic equipment, with a flat-rate pay structure, continuous training, and opportunities for career advancement. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of professional automotive repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to learn new procedures and technology.
