Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems while performing high-quality repairs efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, providing timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology and uphold company values in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an automotive technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance
