Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, conducting multi-point inspections, communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, maintaining tools, staying updated with factory technical bulletins and training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
