Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine proper repair procedures for Toyota vehicles. Perform repairs according to dealership and factory standards, covering engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and HVAC systems. Complete maintenance services including inspections, fluid services, and preventative maintenance. Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify additional maintenance or safety concerns. Road test vehicles to verify repairs and maintain accurate repair documentation. Communicate effectively with service advisors and the parts department.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year of automotive technician experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Toyota dealership experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Toyota-specific training and certifications
