Job Summary
Perform a wide range of services in the Automotive Service Center, including tire repair and installation, wheel balancing, oil changes, brake system repair, and steering and suspension work. Install batteries, head lamps, trailer hitches, and wiring while providing excellent customer service. Complete shock and strut installation and vehicle alignments as assigned. Maintain a valid driver's license and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Work evenings and every other weekend as needed. Prior auto repair experience and ASE certifications are preferred. Michigan stores only.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II
- ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level III
- Equivalent Michigan certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
