Job Summary
Perform oil changes, brake system repairs, and tire services including balancing and installation. Diagnose and fix starting, charging, steering, and suspension systems while installing components like batteries, headlamps, trailer hitches, and wiring. Maintain excellent customer service standards during all interactions. Work evenings and every other weekends as needed, with progressive on-the-job training provided. ASE A3, A4, A5, or A6 certifications required for Tech Level III roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II
- ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level III
- Equivalent Michigan certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
