Job Summary
Service Center Automotive Technician will perform a wide range of automotive service duties in our center, including tire repair and installation, wheel balancing, installing batteries and headlamps, oil changes, brake system repair, starting and charging system repairs, steering and suspension work, shock/strut installation, alignments, and installation of trailer hitches and wiring, with additional duties assigned during progressive on-the-job training. Requires valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend, and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, plus ability to read and speak English. 18+ years of age. Prior auto repair experience and prior retail experience are preferred. ASE certifications (A4/A6 for Tech Level II; A3/A4/A5/A6 for Tech Level III) or equivalent Michigan certifications are required for specified tech levels (Michigan stores only). Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license

- Michigan Stores Only ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II and ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level III OR equivalent Michigan certifications
