Job Summary
Perform a wide range of services in the Automotive Service Center, including tire repair, wheel balancing, oil changes, brake system repair, and steering and suspension work. Install batteries, head lamps, trailer hitches, and wiring while maintaining excellent customer service. Complete shock and strut installation, alignments, and repairs to starting and charging systems. Requires a valid driver's license, prior auto repair experience, and ASE A3, A4, A5, or A6 certifications. Must work evenings and every other weekend. Michigan stores only.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II
- ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level III
- Equivalent Michigan certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
