Job Summary
Perform a wide range of services in the Automotive Service Center, including tire repair, wheel balancing, battery and head lamp installation, oil changes, brake system repair, and steering and suspension work. Install shock struts, perform wheel alignments, and mount trailer hitches with wiring. Execute starting and charging system repairs while maintaining excellent customer service. Work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. Must possess a valid driver's license, read and speak English, and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. ASE A3, A4, A5, or A6 certifications required for Tech Level III. Prior auto repair experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ASE A4 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level II
- ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications required for Tech Level III
- Equivalent Michigan certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
