Job Summary
Store Manager for Precision Tune Auto Care in North Carolina. Responsible for overall store performance including sales, profitability, quality control, daily paperwork, inventory, and customer satisfaction; lead and mentor service advisors and vehicle technicians; drive estimates and repair recommendations; foster a positive, enthusiastic work environment. Requires 2+ years in automotive service or retail management, strong communication and sales skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to pass a background check; ASE certifications are a plus. Position involves a 5- to 6-day schedule including Saturdays; lifts up to 50 lbs; in-person work at Raleigh location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in automotive service or retail management
- 2+ years customer service
- 2+ years sales and operations
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Be able to pass a background check
