Job Summary
Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to appropriate locations. Determine appointment status, record customer details including VIN and mileage, and perform walk-around damage assessments. Control service traffic flow, park vehicles after write-ups, and assist with loaner vehicles. Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier, wait for pickup, and deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors. Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all service vehicles. Maintain a clean, safe drive area free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt. Drive safely between lanes, stalls, and the parking lot, reporting any lot damage immediately. Make key tags and follow all safety policies, including immediate accident reporting. Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
