Job Summary
Automotive Service Porter needed to deliver exceptional dealership experiences by greeting customers, safely transporting guests to/from destinations, assisting with entering/exiting vehicles, and supporting service-department workflow. Responsibilities include shuttling customers, assisting Service Advisors with phones and scheduling, verifying recall status, moving vehicles between lanes and lots, and prepping completed vehicles for delivery. Maintain clean, safe service areas and support daily operations with a team-focused, customer-first mindset. Requires strong communication, reliability, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license; previous dealership experience is a plus but not required. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities within a family-owned dealership group with benefits and growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to work Mondays and Saturdays
- Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
