Job Summary
Conduct daily automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles while adhering to manufacturer standards and safety protocols. Perform scheduled service inspections, address customer complaints, and manage inventory of parts and tools. Maintain accurate job order records and communicate vehicle status to customers. Complete structured, self-paced training programs to advance to Express or Entry Level certifications. Maintain a valid driver's license and high school diploma.
