Job Summary
Hire, train, and manage the service team including advisors and technicians while maintaining factory standards for warranty claims. Listen, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts with customers, employees, and co-workers to maintain a high CSI rating. Meet department financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. Establish goals, measure progress, and manage shop productivity, labor hours, cost of sale, and operating expenses to ensure profitability. Handle customer complaints immediately, maintain follow-up systems for repeat business, and manage required manufacturer training. Work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours and Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of management experience in an automotive dealership
- Successful experience in automotive retail management
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays when necessary
- Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
