Job Summary
Automotive Service Manager needed to lead the Service Department at Auto Park of Urbana. The role sets vision and goals for the department, drives a highly efficient sales and production operation to service customers quickly and right the first time, and motivates the team to meet performance expectations. Responsibilities include attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, creating an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty, ensuring the Service area is ready with proper displays and information, and managing the business in line with Napleton’s and the manufacturer’s requirements. The role involves analyzing the business to identify opportunities and developing action plans to improve performance while driving the business through day-to-day operations. The position offers a potential pay range of $120,000-$170,000 per year plus incentives, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service Management experience in a high-volume dealership
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
