Job Summary
Midas is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead and direct all service department activities in a high-volume retail store focused on tires and automotive repairs. Responsibilities include managing technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle inspections, creating and discussing pricing estimates, promoting shop service specials, training and guiding the team to align with company vision and values, supervising up to ten employees, maintaining inventory and shop cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires automotive knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays. ASE certifications and/or equivalent automotive repair experience are referenced as qualifications and the candidate must hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
