Lead service and detailing teams at Kal’s Motor Group in Wadena to oversee all daily service operations from intake to completion. Manage service and repair work across automotive, powersports, and small engine equipment, oversee inventory reconditioning, ensure efficient workflow, profitability, safety, and high customer satisfaction. Develop staff through training and mentorship, maintain high standards for safety and workmanship.
Required Qualifications
