Automotive Service Manager

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service while serving as a liaison between technicians and clients. Take ownership of the customer experience by managing and hiring technicians, interviewing new hires, distributing workloads, and prioritizing required services. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Spend quality time building relationships with customers to leave a positive impression. This role requires technical automotive knowledge, demonstrated ability to manage others, and an organized, friendly personality, with dealership experience preferred.
