Job Summary
Lead and manage all fixed operations within the service department; Drive service sales, profitability, and customer retention; Recruit, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians; Monitor workflow, productivity, and repair quality; Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns; Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies; Manage departmental budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics; Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Hyundai, Kia, or import dealership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of increasing service department performance
- Experience managing technicians, advisors, and shop operations
- Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations and financial reporting
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
