Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff); drive service department profitability while maintaining top-tier CSI scores; oversee daily operations including workflow, scheduling, and quality control; coach, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards; ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and company policies; collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience; monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, ELR, CP/RO, and retention. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and KPIs
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
