Job Summary
Lead and manage the Hyundai service department at Five Star Hyundai of Albany, driving ownership and excellence in operations. Responsibilities include managing employee schedules and pay plans, staffing and hiring for the service division, leading manager meetings, preparing and administering an annual operating budget, maintaining service profitability and technician proficiency, partnering with technical schools to recruit technicians and with OEM/third-party vendors, motivating and developing staff, and ensuring a safe workplace for employees and customers. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred.
