Job Summary
Automotive Service Manager responsible for leading service department operations, supervising technicians, coordinating scheduling, coaching team on ISI systems and service standards, managing parts inventory and safety procedures, ensuring inspections and wheel torqueing processes, and working with customers on sales and service opportunities. Requires at least 2 years of experience as a Service Manager, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and knowledge of OSHA/MSDS compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role
- Outstanding leadership and store management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS Compliance
- Ability to mentor others and develop professional relationships with customers and team members
