Job Summary
Lead automotive service department operations and drive customer service excellence. Hire/coach staff, supervise technicians and service personnel, plan/schedule duties, manage parts inventory and safety compliance, and develop professional relationships with customers and team members while collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role
- Outstanding leadership and store management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiency
