Automotive Service Manager

Set clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance metrics. Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation to service customers while ensuring a fix-it-right experience. Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals following Napleton's processes. Attract, develop, and retain top talent for the Service Department. Create an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and ensure the area is customer-ready with proper displays. Manage business operations in accordance with manufacturer requirements and analyze performance to develop improvement plans. This role requires a high school diploma, automotive service management experience in a high-volume dealership, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a potential pay range of $120,000-$160,000 per year, including incentive-based pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and paid training.
