Job Summary
Lead the service team by training, coaching, and motivating techs and advisors to perform at their best. Act as the bridge between mechanics and customers by explaining repairs, recommending services, and closing sales with confidence. Drive store performance by hitting and exceeding sales and service targets while partnering with the Store Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and compliance. Keep the shop efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards to ensure every customer receives world-class service that builds loyalty. Requires at least 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership, including strong background in service sales and proven ability to lead in a high-volume environment. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs are essential. Open availability including weekends is required to support the team during peak business times.
