Job Summary
Engage and consult incoming customers in-person and over the phone to generate and close sales, while meeting and recommending services. Manage technician workflow and vehicle repair status, order parts and inventory, and deliver high-level customer service with quality control across all business operations. M-F work week schedule with no weekends; competitive compensation packages and incentive programs. Minimum of 2-5+ years of Automotive Management Experience required.

- Excellent closing skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player
- Must have valid driver's license
- M-F work week schedule, No Weekends
