Job Summary
Automotive Service Manager responsible for day-to-day operations including generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships and managing the technical team. Responsibilities include engaging and consulting customers to generate and close sales, meeting and greeting customers, recommending services, managing technician workflow and vehicle repair status, ordering parts and inventory, and delivering high levels of customer service and quality control across the service center. M-F work week with no weekends; offers ongoing training and field support and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of Automotive Management Experience
- Excellent closing skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player
- Must have valid driver's license
