Automotive Service Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the service center by meeting and greeting customers, managing technician workflow, and generating and closing sales. Recommend services to clients, order parts and inventory, and keep customers updated on repair status. Track lead counts and customer satisfaction ratings while ensuring all employees adhere to company policies. Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control across all aspects of the business. Requires a valid driver's license and at least five years of customer service experience.
