Automotive Service Manager

Engage and consult incoming customers in-person and over the phone to generate and close sales, while meeting, greeting, and recommending services. Manage technician workflow and vehicle repair status, order parts and inventory, and deliver high-level customer service with quality control across all business operations. This role requires a minimum of 2-5 years of automotive management experience, excellent closing skills, and the ability to communicate at a sustained high level in a fast-paced environment. The position includes a M-F work week with no weekends, competitive compensation packages, and incentive programs.
