Automotive Service Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the service center by meeting and greeting customers, managing technician workflow, and generating and closing sales. Recommend services to clients, order parts and inventory, and keep customers updated on vehicle repair status. Track lead counts and customer satisfaction ratings while ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspects of the center's business, operations, and work product. Requires a valid driver's license and at least five years of customer service experience.
