Job Summary
Engage and consult incoming customers in-person and over the phone to generate and close sales while meeting, greeting, and recommending services. Manage technician workflow and vehicle repair status, order parts and inventory, and deliver high-level customer service with quality control across all center operations. This role requires a minimum of 2-5 years of automotive management experience, excellent closing skills, and a valid driver's license. The position offers competitive compensation, ongoing training, and a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.

- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
