Greet arriving service customers, direct them to appropriate representatives or the waiting area, and communicate their arrival and needs to dealership staff. Work hand-in-hand with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track, moving vehicles through the service lane and back up for completed work. Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment, following manufacturer recommended procedures. You must have a valid Driver's License, be at least eighteen years old, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
